Provider Role Global Right
NOTE – The Provider Role global right is only available to clients who have purchased WellSky Resource Manager full suite. Changes may require a minute or two to refresh.
The Provider Dashboard global right determines the user's level of access to the WRM Provider Dashboard. A system administrator can change a user's Provider dashboard rights as follows.
To change the provider permissions of a user:
- Navigate to Data Maintenance > System and Security > Users. The User maintenance screen appears.
- Click Search then search for and select the desired user profile from the list.
- Click the Resource Manager tab.
- The user must be associated with a resource before Provider Dashboard rights can be assigned. Skip this step if the user is already associated with a resource. When a user is already associated with a resource, the resource name will display next to the Associated Resource button. To associate the user with a resource, click Associated Resource then search for and select the appropriate resource.
- The Provider Role drop-down list will default to Full. Select one of the following values from the list to change the user's rights.
- Full - The user will have full access to view the Provider dashboard and accept optimization recommendations.
- ReadOnly - The user will be able to view the Provider dashboard.
- None - The user will not be allowed access to the Provider dashboard.
- Click Save to save your changes.
Enable time logging and Time logging start date will be enabled regardless of Manager Role and Provider Role permissions. See Resource Manager Tab in Adding/Editing Users for more information.
